Pros
Great Training and Benefits. The staff is like Family and Holiday parties are awesome. My group had huge parties and my boss was very cool.
Cons
You never know when you are going home because drugs screens can run over. It's hard to get a day off due to short staff. Even if you're scheduled to get off at a certain time, it doesn't matter if you are a closer because people can walk in before it close and you have to stay until the last person is gone.
