      Pros

      I loved working for concentra. The best part about working there was that everyday was a different experience. The physicians i worked under were very knowledgeable and great at what they did.

      overall it was a great experience working for concentra i learned a lot.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
