      Pros

      Always busy, never a dull moment. Management can be very helpful. You are empowered to grow.

      Cons

      Large amounts of over time is given through out the year, but towards the end, huge cuts are made to stay with in the budget. There is favoritism amongst some people in management.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
