The intention is there to help the community and there are a lot of good things going on such as food bank, day workers, FRC and so on. Most of the programs do a lot of good.
Cons
It’s the follow through from upper management that is abysmal. There is not support from management, lack of communication, tend to blame the employees when things don’t go well because they ask for things at the last minute.
