Good coworkers and steady employment, but slow advancement - Steam Operator Con Edison Employee Review

A lot of training for entry level

No cons so far everything is good

- 2 days in office, 3 remote. You get to pick the days you want to go in - Decent pay - You can pick what time you wanted to start working (6am-8am)

- Very cliquey - Choosing to start work after 9am without a solid reason was frowned upon (Im used to started work at 9 so this took a while to get used to) - I did not feel supported when i struggled with items tasked to me. (this can obviously vary depending on your manager) - I took a 3 mental health days that was met with my termination.
