Pros
-no dress code to be followed -private medical insurance after probationary period -company follows hybrid model
Cons
-Apart from the above, no other benefits are offered -There's very little real growth possible -leadership team has no experience managing people -working with old and slow systems -no data privacy is followed (sensitive data gets shared within the company and with freelance database) -within 2 months, 4 people have resigned from the company and 1 got fired -the Diversity & Inclusion team consists only of people who are actually diverse and need to be included -everyone is burnt out but they wear it as a badge of honour -most people currently working there want to leave -very high turnover
