Smart people, great name in the industry, great technology.
Cons
Technology is becoming outdated. US firm that thinks primarily of the US market. International is a MUCH bigger opportunity. Not enough service based personnel. Quarterly business culture cripples long term sales strategy. Not enough international cooperation on multi-national deals. Every man for himself culture.
