Pros
The salary and commission structures they can offer are some of the best in Bristol (where there is a very high volume of recruitment agencies). Great team of people. Support and training available, if you ask for it
Cons
The database system they use is very outdated and clunky, a source of many frustrations for everyone. Working well in to the night or weekends can and does go unrecognised, while a later start in the morning is picked up on regardless.
