There is zero job security, regardless of your tenure or performance. Long-term, dedicated employees are routinely let go in brief, impersonal Teams calls with no warning. Micro-management and After-Hours Demands The workload is heavy, yet management requires tedious, granular time-tracking for every task, which severely slows down productivity. Additionally, after-hours expectations are exhausting and create a poor work-life balance.
