Pros

Company has clear focus. Supportive management. As long as you accept this is an outsourcing company who lives on winning contracts and making as much from them until they are lost, then this is a decent company.

Cons

No career progression for technical staff, unless its into sales. Low Pay - as little as can be got away with to squeeze every penny from contracts I felt as though the customer was my company and CC just paid me. What a shock when customer contract was lost.

Great location, great co workers, great leadership

Cons

Can be a bit too sales focused and forget that other departments are just as important. Lots of perks for sales that are not availbale to anyone else in the company

Pros

Pay and job title are crazy nice

Cons

This place is less data center more fulfillment center style. Walk in and are told to just copy that rack. No training. Then if you make a mistake they get mad even though nothing was explained.
