Cons
The company culture varies from a wide range depending on which department you work in. Toxic leadership is rewarded, you are just a number not a person. Workforce is being gradually moved to India to reduce costs, they hire only there except a customer requires to have an employee closer (GDPR considerations, etc). The CEO sends "newsletters" every Friday in an unprofessional tone, often derogatory towards either competition or employees he met at company events. Minorities are paraded as prize hogs at a county fare. The leadership changes direction every 4-6 months, restructuring is so frequent you can't keep up which division you work for.
