Restaurant ticket. Sanitas after 6 months. Hybrid work. I did see colleagues who missed an office day be made to come twice the next month to 'recover'
Cons
their new monitoring systems increased micromanagement. career advancement is unclear and limited. HR does not communicate well. you feel like a number here. But that is with almost all outsource company in Barcelona. the team leads look undertrained while having years of worked in the company.
