      I have worked here for over 8 years. The owners really care about the employees. My 2 direct bosses are the best I've ever worked for.

      Cons

      Others have had their gripes. If you enjoy what you do, cons are less visible.

      Pros

      -you can listen to what ever you want in your headphones while working -good benefits - they work with you for school and pay for it -great management -pays for certs - come in early leave early

      Cons

      -they do not pay enough compared to other companies in the area - no ventilation for soldering -a lot of people smoke there -short lunch -stingy on pto
