      Pros

      Great company to work for, the pay is very good! Man Benefits: Great! 100% coverage on Dental, Medical and prescriptions, can you ask for more Job Security Well computers are not going anywhere, the company is very busy! So as long as I do my job, I should be okay!

      Cons

      Pay: It's okay, its a lousy base salary however the commission makes up for the crappy wage I take home about 1,155.99 every two weeks, so thats not bad

      Pros

      I really enjoy working at CompuFirm, it's awesome to work with such a great team. The ideas that come from our teams are amazing. CompuFirm is new in the states but I can see them taking over. Great place to work if you have IT skills.

      Cons

      At CompuFirm your expected to work long hours, often on the weekends as well. Especially if we are doing a large project.

      Pros

      The people that I work with are amazing, I love my team. We get pretty good employee incentive to ensure that we maintain production levels.

      Cons

      Being on call, working after hours and late nights.
