Pros
Fun job. Good customers to work for. Unlikely to get laid off of even fired. Independance with freedom from micromanagement. No shortage of work.
Cons
Low pay. You will have to fight for the most minimal increase. Corporate side subscribes to the mantra "You must of not done it right" so if there is a payroll or benefit problem it is a major pain to straighten out and you have to watch them like a hawk.
