You'll have plenty to do, between all of the administrative over head, paper work, and last minute work and changes.
Cons
Management is horrible, full of double standards, and really picked from the bottom of the barrel. Oh and don't think you'll ever get a raise or a bonus at this company unless you are on the top of the tower.
