Horrible Company to work for - Care Provider Comprehensive Medical Care Employee Review

Working for a company that actually produces results in the patients overall care is the best benefit, in addition to excellent pay, opportunities and flexibility.

ins companies are always a hassle, but this isn't a reflection of the company more so the unfortunate truth behind insurance companies and what they sell. Any negative reviews from past employees are due to just that, they are past employees and somewhere down the line weren't able to follow company policy and procedures.

Once you leave here, you will learn to appreciate any opportunity you obtain in the future. Pay was decent, but not for what I went through in the short time I was with the company.

I felt sick going into work everyday, so much so to the point it started to affect my personal life (which was dwindling as I was working 11 hours a day everyday). Very high stress environment with insufficient training or guidance, being constantly chastised while expected to put out multiple fires with no real understanding of what the position is supposed to entail. I was expecting to work in an ex phys type position but ended up being a glorified towel boy for the few months I was there. Disrespectful management who constantly lost their tempers and made the environment even more intolerable. I ended up resigning with little notice, something very out of character for me but necessary for my health and luckily obtained an amazing career opportunity shortly afterward.
