Nothing really a contract worker can only work two years

Lots of paid time off. Tuition reimbursement. Career growth within UTC. Competitive salaries. Very nice facility on DFW Airport property.

Very unstable company. High turnover in management, especially GM. Inconsistent administration of disciplinary action. Sikorsky does a very poor job of planning and offloading work to other facilities, which sets people up for failure, thus the high turnover in management.
