Pros
They fire staff regularly so you may only work with someone you don't like for a short time.
Cons
Hiring temps at a higher rate than full time, experienced workers and making you train them. Low pay. Very bad attitudes from all management employees when expressing concerns. You will be walked out when you turn in your two weeks regardless of how hard you've ever worked for this company, or if you even mention wanting a raise. Vacation hours will just disappear for no reason (It's also hard to take earned vacation days without repercussion) . You will get charged for tools you didn't buy (9 months is the longest stretch I know of) and HR will give you more than a hard time about getting your money back. There is no such thing as an excused absence, No amount of doctor's notes or even pre-scheduling days off will help. Moral in the shop is incredibly low and has been dropping for years. You will be forced to work weekends, through family deaths (..again, funerals are no excuse to miss work!) even after your scheduled 40 hrs is complete. This is just my experience and I don't consider it to be the worst one either. You probably would be treated better by North Korea after tearing down propaganda in their hotel than the way these people will bully you around. Honestly this company isn't even worth the effort I went through to type this, but I hope this can help someone. There are 100 shops nearby that will pay you more and treat you better. Don't waste your time.
