Pros
The biggest pro of working at Completely Managed is the amazing family environment. Any idea can be considered and no question is a stupid question. On top of the relaxed and open culture, the freedom and opportunity you're given to build and try new things is incredible; definitely a huge pro for passionate developers!
Cons
The freedom you're given can be a challenge at the beginning, although it pays off after a little bit since you end up working on a project you care about.
