We are sorry to hear of your disappointment in working at Complete Genomics, LLC., which was formed in the Bay area in 2006. We are presently owned by MGI Americas, but operate as a fully functioning company in the Americas. The turnover is quite low compared to industry standards, and in fact, we have almost doubled in size in the past year. As with any growing organization, time is required to improve processes, which we are completing on a daily basis. Our field teams are provided training upon initial hire and throughout their employment with us. We do have an inside sales team, which was recently formed to help support our field sales team along with highly talented field applications and engineering teams.
