Pros
By far the best eDiscovery vendor I've worked for. Management cares about you and has great benefits, company retreats, and a relaxed policy when it comes to working remotely. Base pay is fair, and quarterly bonus compensation for PM's is better than most other vendors.
Cons
They don't have vision when it comes to personal growth, so if you do a good job in a particular role, that's your job forever. They don't really promote people.
