Pros
Great culture here. Fun, cool, easy going people all around. Owner of company couldn’t be nicer. Still e-discovery and top law firms are main client base. Super laid back here compared to Epiq, big 4, the larger places. No micromanaging and tons of freedom if you take care of your stuff and do a good job. Everyone works hard but unofficial slogan is "work hard play hard" and nice group to hang out with in office and after hours. All stars move up fast. other pros - Just moved to new office space, really nice space and close to grand central - High level management cares and trying hard to make a difference, but some departments stronger than others - New York Project Management team is great group, lots of smart, cool people - Startup vibe, good place if not a fan of huge companies with too many managers and too much bureaucracy or corporate politics - Overall very happy here
Cons
- Typical stuff for working at a smaller, boutique type company - Single owner vs public company or investment group. Super nice guy but means slower to get resources sometimes than at huge company - Some internal departments are better than others to work with. Some get bottle necked and harder to get information out of - Growing very fast but means increased workload at times until new people hired and brought in - Onboarding program could be better, but learn a bunch VERY quick and everyone friendly to help out new people - very outdated billing system
