      Bad pay for local region, false promises for ‘promotions’ making you work harder with no pay off unless you are a part of the ‘inner circle’.

      Was great to be able to help people during Hurricane Harvey

      Cons

      They have you sign up for low salary and promise you bonus on the jobs. Don't expect to collect on large T&M jobs. The temp labor they used during Hurricane Michael made more money with the overtime, than I did running the large loss. Waited a year and never got my money. Go for higher pay, so that you can pay your bills without needing to get the bonus to survive or you will never make it working here at Management
