Most colleagues were enjoyable to be around and were willing to collaborate with helping customers. Fun work environment when operations were in the office.

Lack of structure, cohesion, continuity between departments. Mistreatment of employees by management and schedulers. Handful of toxic employees that detracted from the pros of this job.
