Not a good experience - Software Developer Competa Employee Review

Over the course of nearly 10 years Competa helped me grow from a junior self-taught PHP hacker to a senior full stack developer with leadership and coaching experience. I got to work with some seriously talented and friendly engineers on massive projects for some of the biggest companies in Europe. Management is straight, honest and geek compliant. It's nearly time for me to leave the Netherlands, and I'm sad that means I'll have to leave Competa too. Future employers have a lot to live up to. If you're looking for somewhere to grow your career, I advise you to check these guys out.

You need to be prepared to travel for your work.

The company majority employees is young, there is a nice environment, it's a great start if you want to begin this carrier and they will help you to grow into what you want to become.

It's not a big company so the salary might be less than other companies. But nowadays things could have changed.
