Pros

Care is driven by the clinicians in the field, not supervisors crunching numbers in the back office. Every hospice offers the same basic promises, but Compasssus allows its staff to do the right thing and encourages us to go above and beyond.

Cons

Both a blessing and a curse, we are still small enough that we all have to wear many hats at times but this is also a blessing because it increases your knowledge and worth TO both the company and to the families we serve.

Due to my compassion, it can be emotionally demanding at times and challenging to separate work from personal emotions.
