Good bonus structure for marketing team, nothing else was good about the company it was all based on numbers and centered on gossip and discord
Cons
Overall focus of the company was numbers, awful working environment. ED was the worst person to work for. Many times and several employees called to complain on her unethical behavior but nothing was done to correct behavior.
