Senior leadership is dishonest and all work is going offshore. The company went public and that may have pleased RR -congrats! However, it keeps getting worse for employees. They do not care and all point the finger at each other and just flat out lie to employees and agents. The culture is terrible and most of my coworkers want to leave so badly but cannot find another job in this current economy. The best people keep leaving, cannot wait for my turn!
