We strive to provide a positive workplace culture and take your input seriously when shaping company policy. We regularly review our full compensation and benefit package against similar companies locally and regionally in our industry. We encourage those who feel they aren't being fairly compensated to have a discussion with their manager. We continue to enhance our benefits offerings. In 2023 we added two additional paid holidays, increased the employers contribution to the health and dental plans by 15 % and offered a hybrid work week to the Orange Beach, AL staff. We do offer a 401k plan and historically, although we fall below the size required by FMLA, we have offered maternity leave to our employees by keeping their position open until they return to work either part time or full time.
