Many team members are parents and as a whole, Compass Media is understanding when it comes to maintaining a work/life balance especially when family-related issues arise. Dustin, the president truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity, and leads by example. Managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate themselves to helping you if needed. Most everyone is happy to pitch in. The office environment is engaging; monthly lunch-and-learns build camaraderie, in addition to office celebrations and events. We also receive access to two separate gyms free of cost and are encouraged to 'step out' from behind our desks and try new experiences often. The office is also located in a beautiful setting and the views are enjoyable - we sometimes see dolphins out the window!
