Favoritism, discrimination, no training, not helping hardworking people to be promoted and to be trained well. They want just to steal your connections and after 6 months to let you go, to do everything for this saying you did not reach their sales goals, unbelievable goals. They will promote and help people who sit on the chair and do nothing. No support, no management, no organization, no discipline. Everything is zero.
