      Good support depending on the team. Lots of opportunities to make your mark and move up. Highly visible roles available. Recognition is present in the culture. Strong performing company, always growing.

      Cons

      Like drinking from a fire hose most days. Not set processes in place, it can be overwhelming always trying to chase down answers to get your job done.

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
