      Good hours Ok health insurance Every other weekend off Ok if you can stand staying in the same position for 18 months

      Must off my PTO days request got denied Too many managers/ supervisors at one account Too many chefs quitting before making a year on the job NOT ENOUGH PROPER TRAINING

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
