Pros
Easily able to ask off for appointments and sick days. Benefits are great. Work is all repetition, so you become familiar with your day super easily. Catering is always fun.
Cons
There is not much i don't like about this job, if any thing. Maybe when there are bad weather conditions you might be put in a hotel closer to work.
