      Pros

      Amazing food for free once a day. Great team and direct supervisor and manager.

      Cons

      Very low pay and poor raises. Unclear directions - oftentimes something changed and we were not notified. High expectations for low pay. No real appreciation for hard work.

      Unlimited pto, great colleagues, and good work life balance.

      Cons

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
