      The company is the only good one in the area.

      The management does not really care about their employees. Not necessarily me but I saw it happening on most of the other employees.

      Unlimited pto, great colleagues, and good work life balance.

      Cons

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
