It's an embarrassment to admit to working for Chartwells in Midland, MI. Management does not value employees. Even when a school brags how much they love you, management will cut you down & twist your weakness into failures. They blame servers for lack of sales rather than bad menu. Laugh off any harassement & say "You're too sensitive". The Compass Group USA of ethics is a joke in Midland, MI.
