      They focus on creating a talent pipeline to support continued business success

      Cons

      Unfortunately, COVID was not a friend to contract food and support services. It would have been great if they were able to support longterm associates in re-assignment

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
