      Bosses are bullies, limit put on free speech instead of working to come up with solutions, workers undervalued, doing the work of 3 people, bosses refuse to learn what the employee actually does

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
