Good pay and awesome benefits thanks to our UNION! If it was up to Compass we would be horribly underpaid and EVEN MORE OVER WORKED!
Cons
Management treats you badly. Threatens your job often. They have a " do as I say not as I do" attitude. They give no motivation to employees to care about themselves, or their jobs anymore. I once absolutely loved my job. Now I feel like 90% of the people, if not 100% I work with, myself included are depressed and don't want to come to work anymore. They treat people like peasants and don't even bother to look down as they step on you to make their way to the top as you get slowly and painfully squished thru their toes. They fire people left and right, and if they don't do that, they pic on you until they make you wanna quit. THEN they don't hire anyone new and put all the extra work on the people who still work there. I've never met such awful people in my life. Don't look here if you want a job to love.. No one is happy here anymore.
