Employees are encouraged to continue learning, develop new skills, share ideas, and grow in their careers. I have appreciated being in an environment that values continuous improvement and invests in its people. No workplace is perfect, but the culture and commitment to growth make this a place where people can genuinely thrive.

Like many workplaces, the workload can be demanding at times, and there are periods that are fast-paced. That said, leadership recognizes the importance of work/life balance and has been making meaningful strides to improve processes and leverage technology, including AI, to help create more efficiency and better support employees.

Met a lot of great people, enjoyed participating in things and meeting challenges before stress piled, trickled down, masks slipped and things changed.
