Pros

Great management. Helpful peers. On the job training both through training meetings and on shift training with a peer. Weekly and monthly meetings to keep all staff on one page. Shared responsibilities between all staff. Daily communication with staff members who have worked, Frequent evaluations. Frequent meetings with management to check on you personally as an employee. Team atmosphere with co-workers who will help you. New challenges and experiences daily. Co-workers support one another. Fun outing opportunities. Great benefits. Paid Vacation time. Paid Sick time. Holiday Pay. The most important to me is that I get to help people have a better experience in life though.

Cons

The pay isn't the best, it's not a choice the company makes, but it is a fact. If you are not wanting to do the job, you will not keep the job for long. The fact is, you have to be in it for the benefit of the client's not just a paycheck.

Multiple locations so flexibility in position and placement my location had really great management great entry point into mental health field
