The downside is lower pay than other similar jobs in community. Good entry job

You will get to wear many hats, and help people live in their own homes.

Leadership, including the Board of Directors, does not listen to staff concerns. Lack of vision makes it difficult for employees to continue to be engaged and invested in their work.
