      Pros

      CSB is very focused on being kind and living by our core values. We do what we do because we love helping people and we truly care about each other as co-workers and as humans. CSB also has great benefits.

      Cons

      CSB is small so there are limited locations, but we are growing.

      Many people are great to work with and are great teammates.

      Cons

      It is easy to talk about employee engagement but it felt more like words than like people actually cared. Many times there wasn't support for the staff and their needs.
