There are plenty of training opportunities, mentorship, and career advancement paths for those looking to develop their skills. The company invests in EHR systems, Workday, and other platforms to improve efficiency and training. Everyone is collaborative, helpful, and willing to support one another, which makes the work environment positive. While behavioral health can be demanding, CSG understands the importance of flexibility and employee well-being.

Like many organizations in healthcare and behavioral health, staffing shortages can sometimes be an issue.
