      Pros

      I've been an employee for quite a few years with CRA. Many things have changed since I started but it has always been a great company to work with. Always very positive staff willing to work with and help it's employees.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any downside to working with CRA - They offer a variety of workplace settings/opportunities, CEU opportunities, flexible work scheduling.

      Good connections with broward county schools, responsive admin, professional, clear expectations and available support when needed

      Cons

      Not the highest rates in town, not the best benefits package either, no room For growth
