You start to accrue PTO day one and are able to use it as soon as you hit your 90 days. Very understanding if you need time off. Receive and in office credit to go towards yours and your family's medical bills from any of the CPG clinics.
Cons
No where to progress, very stagnant job. Even if you move to another position it would be a lateral move. Front office needs to work more as a team. Favoritism is shown to those who have been there longer.
