      great for gaining street reporting experience and learning the tools of the trade but management does not have a vision for the company as a whole.

      long hours, less pay, micro-management, old-fashioned, not digitally-savvy, run like a local PR service for politicians, does not cover minority communities,

      Pros

      People are very friendly, offices are nice and views are great. Employees all wear many hats, but there's a general loyalty to the brand.

      Cons

      Doesn't seem like there's much room for career growth. Pay is low based on industry standard. Focus is primarily on print- digital space is an afterthought.
