      Coworkers are great, work is normal grocery biz.

      Cons

      Hard to get a pay increase. A lot of uncomfortable upper/senior management folks. Not sure they are even trained in management or they just got nepo'd into the role? The company expects you to go above an beyond for min wage (never stop smiling). Sorry, but doing the job and getting it done is enough.

      Nice co-workers Decent Training Good at accommodating time off and scheduling needs

      Cons

      Management doesn't take harassment seriously You never get company benefits because they purposefully give everyone just below 40 hours.
